This Privacy Policy explains how Arc Wearable, Inc collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information when you use arcwearable.com, ARC accounts, support services and ARC products or apps.
Information we collect
Depending on the service you use, ARC may collect account and contact information, order and fulfillment information, support communications, device and browser information, security logs, site interactions and health and wellness telemetry that you choose to provide or sync through ARC wearable services.
Sources of information
ARC may receive information directly from you, from ARC devices and apps you choose to use, from MemberConsole and payment or fulfillment providers involved in your order, from authentication and security providers, and from integrations you choose to connect.
Payments and orders
ARC checkout and payment verification are handled through MemberConsole and its payment providers. ARC may receive order identifiers, payment status, refund status and fulfillment information needed to support the order. ARC does not need to store full payment card numbers in this storefront.
How we use information
ARC uses personal information to provide and secure accounts, connect verified customers with their orders, operate products and services, provide support, process order and fulfillment updates, prevent abuse, improve reliability, communicate service information and comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose information
ARC may disclose information to service providers and processors that help operate hosting, authentication, commerce, communications, support, analytics, security and fulfillment; to professional advisers; when a user directs an integration; during a corporate transaction; or when disclosure is reasonably required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Advertising and sensitive data
ARC does not use health telemetry such as heart rate, sleep, temperature or recovery data for targeted advertising, and does not send health telemetry to advertising pixels. Public-site interaction data may be processed by optional analytics or advertising tools where enabled and subject to applicable consent requirements.
Retention
ARC keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request. ARC may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Privacy requests and appeals
ARC will handle verified privacy requests under the law that applies to the request. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, you can reply to ARC's decision or email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Appeal and identify the original request.
Security
ARC uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted network connections where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
ARC services are not directed to children under 13. ARC does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the public site or customer account services.
International use and changes
If information is processed in a country different from where you live, ARC will use safeguards required by applicable law. ARC may update this policy as products, vendors or legal requirements change and will post the updated effective date on this page.
