1-year return guarantee.
ARC Band purchases made directly through ARC include a 365-day return guarantee beginning on the delivery date. This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
365-day window
You may request a return within 365 calendar days after the ARC Band is delivered. Contact ARC Support before sending anything back so the return can be linked to the correct order.
What to return
Return the ARC Band and the included hardware that came with the order. Reasonable wear from normal use is acceptable. ARC may deny or reduce a refund for fraud, intentional abuse, a missing device, or damage caused by misuse beyond ordinary wear.
Before shipment
If your order has not entered fulfillment, contact support promptly to request a cancellation or change. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with the order number and the reason for the request, or use signed-in account support. Wait for written return instructions before mailing a product.
Return shipping
ARC Support will provide the applicable return instructions and any shipping requirements for your order and location. The corporate mailing address is not a return center unless support directs you there in writing.
Refund timing
After an eligible return is received and processed, the refund is sent through the original payment flow when supported. Banks and payment providers can take additional time to post the credit.
Order account
Approved refund and order status changes are synchronized from MemberConsole into the ARC customer account when those updates are received.
Your legal rights
This guarantee does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
