Shipping for ARC Band orders.
Arc Wearable, Inc is responsible for the ARC customer experience. The destination, charges and delivery estimate shown for an order at checkout or in the customer account are the order-specific source of truth.
Order processing
Orders are confirmed after payment verification. Orders may remain in a pending or processing state until inventory is ready for fulfillment.
Shipping cost
Any shipping charge is shown before payment is confirmed. ARC does not add an undisclosed shipping fee after an order is accepted.
Supported destinations
Checkout availability determines whether ARC can currently accept an order for a destination. Availability may change as fulfillment coverage expands.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. ARC will surface updated fulfillment information in the customer account when it becomes available.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes and any disclosed duties are presented through the checkout flow where available. Customers remain responsible for charges that local law places on the recipient unless the order states otherwise.
Tracking
Shipment and tracking details appear in the ARC account after they are provided through the fulfillment flow.
Address changes
Contact support as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to change. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
