2-year limited hardware warranty.
ARC Band includes a two-year limited hardware warranty beginning on the delivery date for eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below and applicable consumer law.
Warranty period
The limited hardware warranty lasts for two years from the date the ARC Band is delivered to the original purchaser.
What is covered
The warranty covers eligible defects in ARC Band hardware materials or workmanship that arise during normal intended use. ARC may verify the order and inspect the reported issue before providing a remedy.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, cosmetic wear that does not affect function, or damage caused by use outside published product instructions. Mandatory legal rights still apply.
Battery and consumable wear
Normal battery capacity reduction and ordinary strap wear are not defects by themselves. A battery or included component may be covered when ARC determines there is a qualifying defect rather than normal aging or wear.
How to make a claim
Contact [email protected] with the order number, a description of the issue and any supporting photos or troubleshooting details requested by support.
Service options
For an approved claim, ARC may repair the product, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or provide another remedy required by the applicable warranty or consumer law.
Warranty shipping
Do not mail a product to the corporate address unless ARC Support gives written shipping instructions for the claim.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty is provided in addition to rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
