Health information is sensitive. ARC's production architecture is intended to keep sensitive wellness telemetry separate from commerce and advertising analytics.
Heart rate, sleep, temperature, recovery scores and health conditions should not be sent to advertising pixels.
ARC should collect only the information needed to provide the product, support accounts and meet lawful operational requirements.
Commerce support and health data should not share broader access simply because they belong to the same customer.
Users should be able to access available account controls and make eligible privacy requests according to the live product and applicable law.
Before sensitive health telemetry is collected at production scale, ARC should publish the actual retention, processor and deletion behavior rather than inventing a generic schedule.
For a privacy request, use the ARC contact or support channel and avoid sending sensitive health details unless they are necessary to resolve the request.
