Support · Troubleshooting and care
Most pairing failures come from power, proximity, permissions or an existing association. Check those before trying a full reset.

Keep ARC within easy reach of the phone and reduce interference from unnecessary Bluetooth accessories while troubleshooting.
The ARC app must have the phone permission needed to discover and communicate with the band.
If ARC was previously set up on another phone or account, follow the supported transfer process rather than repeatedly attempting another association.
Close and reopen the ARC app. If needed, toggle Bluetooth off and back on before retrying from inside the app.
Send support the phone model, operating-system version, app version when available and the exact step where pairing stops.
