Before pairing
Enable Bluetooth, keep ARC close to the phone and make sure the band has sufficient charge. Pairing cannot complete if the ARC app is denied the Bluetooth permission required by the phone.
Support · Getting started
ARC is designed to sync with the ARC app over Bluetooth Low Energy. Final setup screens may change, but the checks below cover the common causes of pairing trouble.
Enable Bluetooth, keep ARC close to the phone and make sure the band has sufficient charge. Pairing cannot complete if the ARC app is denied the Bluetooth permission required by the phone.
Begin device setup from ARC rather than from an unrelated third-party app. The ARC app is the supported place for account association and any production security checks.
Move ARC closer, confirm that it is charged, close and reopen the ARC app, then toggle Bluetooth off and back on. Also check whether the band is already associated with another phone or account.
Keep the ARC app open and the band nearby until setup finishes. Internet access may be required for account association, authentication or firmware checks even though the device link itself uses Bluetooth.
Bluetooth permission is required for discovery and sync. Other permissions should only be requested when they are necessary for a specific ARC feature or an operating-system requirement.
Use the supported transfer or re-pairing flow published in the production ARC app. Avoid repeatedly deleting system Bluetooth records unless ARC Support specifically asks you to.
If pairing still fails, contact [email protected] with the phone model, operating-system version and the point where setup stops. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Contact [email protected] with the relevant order number and a clear description of the issue. Never send passwords, one-time codes or reusable sign-in links.
