Syncing and data
ARC is designed to sync through the phone using Bluetooth, with network access used where account or cloud services require it.

Check app permissions
Bluetooth access is required for device communication. Background behavior can also depend on phone settings and operating-system power controls.
Network access
Some account, backup or cloud-backed features may require internet access even when the band can still collect data locally.
Delayed updates
If the app is behind, reopen it, keep ARC nearby for several minutes and confirm that the phone is not aggressively restricting the app in the background.
Do not repeatedly reset
Repeatedly removing the device or clearing app data can make troubleshooting harder. Try the basic connection checks before any reset procedure.
Local storage limits
The final amount of data ARC can retain before syncing has not been published. Production documentation will state any relevant offline storage limits.
