Using ARC without an internet connection
ARC is designed to keep core sensing separate from constant internet access, but production storage and sync limits are still being finalized.

Phone connection still matters
The band may need the phone for sync, account association, time updates, firmware management or features that rely on the app.
Cloud-backed features can wait
Features that require server processing or account services may not update until the phone is back online.
Sync after reconnecting
When internet access returns, keep ARC near the phone and open the ARC app long enough for pending data to sync.
Do not rely on an unpublished buffer duration
ARC has not published a final number of offline days or hours that can be stored on the device. That limit will be documented after production validation.
