Travel can change sleep timing, network access and phone time settings. ARC is designed to follow the account and phone context used by the production app.

Sync after arrival
Once the phone has local network access, open the ARC app with the band nearby so pending data and time context can update.
Airplane mode
Temporary lack of internet does not necessarily stop sensing, but cloud-backed features may wait until connectivity returns.
Sleep timing can shift
Travel and jet lag can change sleep and recovery trends. Compare several days rather than treating the first day in a different time zone as your baseline.
If timestamps look wrong
Confirm the phone time zone, reconnect to the network, reopen the ARC app and allow a sync before changing account or device settings.
