Confirm ARC was being worn
Charging, removing the band or wearing it too loosely can create periods where the sensor cannot collect a useful signal.

A gap does not always mean the device is broken. Start with wear time, fit, power and sync before escalating.
Charging, removing the band or wearing it too loosely can create periods where the sensor cannot collect a useful signal.
Make sure the underside is clean and flat against the skin. Heavy motion or a rotating band can reduce signal quality.
A low or depleted battery can interrupt sensing before the phone receives the most recent data.
Open the ARC app with the band nearby and Bluetooth enabled. Delayed local data may need time to transfer.
If the same metric disappears at the same type of activity or time of day, note that context for support.
The app should distinguish missing data from measured values. A gap should not be interpreted as a normal or abnormal health reading.
