Shipping cost
Any shipping charge for an order is shown before payment is confirmed.
Supported destinations
Checkout availability determines whether ARC can currently accept an order for a destination.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes and disclosed duties are presented through checkout where available. Local recipient charges may still apply where law places them on the recipient.
Tracking
Shipment and tracking details appear after they are provided through the fulfillment flow.
Address changes
Contact support as soon as possible if the shipping address needs to change. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
