Order status and account access
ARC order information is linked to verified customer access. MemberConsole handles checkout and sends signed order updates back to ARC.

Payment status
An accepted payment can move through verification before the order is ready for fulfillment. The customer account reflects the status ARC receives from the commerce flow.
Fulfillment status
Orders can remain pending or processing until inventory is ready. Delivery estimates are not the same as guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
Tracking information appears after it is supplied through the fulfillment process.
Refunds
Approved refund status changes are synchronized into the ARC account when those updates are received from MemberConsole.
Protect private order data
Do not post order numbers together with personal address details, authentication links or payment information in public channels.
