Returns and refunds
ARC Band purchases made directly through ARC include a 365-day return guarantee beginning on the delivery date, in addition to mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Start with ARC Support
Email [email protected] with the order number and reason for the request, or use signed-in account support. Wait for written return instructions before mailing anything.
Return the device and included hardware
The full returns policy explains what should be sent back and how ordinary wear, missing hardware, misuse or fraud may affect an eligible refund.
Cancellation before fulfillment
If the order has not entered fulfillment, contact support promptly. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
Refund processing
After an eligible return is received and processed, the refund is sent through the original payment flow when supported. Banks and payment providers can take additional time to post it.
Consumer rights
The ARC return guarantee does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
