Covered issues
Eligible hardware defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use can be covered, subject to the published warranty terms and applicable law.
Normal wear is different
Ordinary cosmetic wear, normal battery capacity reduction and ordinary strap wear are not defects by themselves.
Start a claim
Contact [email protected] with the order number, a description of the issue and any photos or troubleshooting details requested by support.
Do not self-repair first
Unauthorized modification or repair can complicate diagnosis and may affect coverage under the published terms. Ask ARC Support before opening or altering the device.
Approved remedies
For an approved claim, ARC may repair, replace or provide another remedy required by the applicable warranty or consumer law.
Shipping instructions
Do not mail a product to the corporate address unless ARC Support provides written shipping instructions for the claim.
