Intermittent charging is often caused by seating, contamination or a weak power connection. Work through these checks before assuming the band has failed.

Use a soft dry cloth to remove sweat, lotion or debris. Do not use abrasive tools on the contacts.
Lift ARC from the dock and place it back in the intended orientation, making sure the sensor is resting flat.
Reconnect the cable at both ends and try another supported USB power source if the connection still appears intermittent.
Stop using visibly damaged charging hardware. Contact support for guidance rather than improvising a repair.
If ARC still does not charge, contact support with the order number and a description of the troubleshooting already completed.
