Charging ARC
ARC is designed around a dedicated charging dock. Exact input, connector and charge-time specifications remain subject to final production validation.

Seat the sensor carefully
Place ARC on the dock in the intended orientation and confirm that it sits flat rather than rocking or resting on a strap edge.
Keep contacts clean and dry
Wipe away sweat, lotion, dust or moisture from the charging surfaces before charging. Let the device dry fully if it has been wet.
Use a stable power source
Connect the dock to a reliable USB power source that meets the final published requirements.
Charging time
ARC currently targets roughly 60 to 90 minutes for a full charge. Final timing will be published after production testing.
If charging is intermittent
Reseat ARC, inspect the dock and cable for visible contamination or damage, and try another supported power source before contacting support.
