Keep the tape comfortably snug
The tape should touch the skin without compressing it. Record the circumference in centimeters or inches.
Use the final published chart
Choose a size only after ARC publishes the validated production wrist ranges. Do not rely on a provisional measurement range from an old preview or screenshot.
If you fall near a boundary
Use the final size chart and strap adjustment range to decide. If both sizes are shown as compatible, choose based on the amount of adjustment range you prefer.
Fit matters more than the label
The goal is secure sensor contact with comfortable all-day wear. A size name alone does not guarantee the right fit.
