Support · Troubleshooting and care
A wearable sits against the skin for long periods, so fit, moisture and cleaning matter. ARC is not intended to evaluate or diagnose a skin condition.
Sweat, soap, lotion and trapped moisture can contribute to irritation. Clean the band and let the skin dry regularly.
ARC should remain secure without painful pressure. Loosen the strap if the area feels numb, sore or overly compressed.
If you notice persistent redness or discomfort, remove ARC and allow the area to recover before wearing it again.
Avoid placing the sensor over cuts, abrasions or actively irritated skin.
Stop wearing the device and seek appropriate medical advice if irritation is severe, worsening or does not resolve.
Final production material details and any relevant sensitivity guidance will be published before commercial delivery.
