Wearable app
The production ARC app is designed to show sleep, recovery, activity and long-term wellness trends. Final screens, platform requirements and release timing will be published when the production app is ready.
Use the same email when possible
Using the checkout email for your ARC account makes order linking simpler. Additional verified emails may be supported through the account experience where available.
Keep sign-in links private
Authentication links and codes are credentials. Do not forward them, post them publicly or send them to support.
Order data and health data are different
Commerce records and sensitive wellness telemetry should remain separated by purpose and access. Health information should not be sent to advertising pixels.
