Wear ARC through the night
Consistent overnight wear gives ARC the opportunity to observe sleep timing and physiological changes across the full night.
Support · Health insights
ARC is designed to estimate sleep from movement and physiological signals. Consumer wearable sleep outputs are estimates, not clinical sleep studies.
Consistent overnight wear gives ARC the opportunity to observe sleep timing and physiological changes across the full night.
Views include sleep duration, timing, consistency, estimated stages, resting heart rate, HRV and nighttime movement.
Wearables infer sleep stages from indirect signals. They do not measure sleep in the same way as clinical polysomnography.
Travel, alcohol, late meals, illness, stress, exercise and changing routines can all affect a single night. Longer trends are usually more useful than one score.
Loose fit, removing the band, low battery or incomplete sensor contact can create gaps. Check fit and wear consistency before treating a gap as a software problem.
ARC is not intended to diagnose sleep apnea, insomnia or another sleep disorder. Persistent symptoms or concerns should be discussed with a qualified clinician.
