Use the official ARC app
Install the official ARC app for your phone platform when it becomes available. Minimum supported iOS and Android versions will be published before production delivery.
Sign in with the right email
Use the email you want associated with ARC. Order access can require verification of the email used at checkout before private order details appear in the ARC account.
Pair from inside the ARC app
Keep ARC close to the phone with Bluetooth enabled, then start device setup from the ARC app. This lets the product associate the device with the correct account and complete any secure setup steps.
Wear ARC above the wrist bone
The sensor should sit flat against clean, dry skin and remain in contact during normal movement. The strap should feel secure without causing pressure, numbness or discomfort.
Wear consistently while your baseline develops
Personal trends become more useful after ARC has enough consistent wear data to understand your normal range. One isolated day should not be treated as definitive.
Know the product limit
ARC is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and should not replace qualified medical care.
